First of all, you should know that there are no offshore companies in the USA at all!!!! If you open a company in Delaware and choose to pay taxes per partner, that is every partner is paying his/her part of income tax, you'll be able to avoid taxes in the US and thus avoid taxes in your country since your company is incorporated in another country and earns income in another country. I don't know where you'are living, but I know for sure, living in the US you can't avoid taxes. But you can, and I recommend you this, open a company and a bank account in an offshore jurisdiction. For example, Seyshelles, Belize, Dominica.
If you have further questions, feel free to ask me. I'm sure, I can help you with everything, including a company and an account.

Regards:-)

I say you what: if you open an offshore company and an account for the company's name, and none of them is in your country but in some osshore jurisdiction, you don't have to pay taxes. The problem with delaware and the US in general is that anyways you have to submit returns, both state and federal, pay franchise tax. and when having a company in offshore you usually pay only flat rate per year

Regards:-)

And please remember, there are no offshore companies in the USA. They used to have low tax to bolster investment but not any more, to tell you the truth:-) so my advice to you is to make a more simple decision and choose one of the countries I have suggested in the previous reply:-)

1. You're not very smart to post this on a public board.
2. You trust the first anonymous person who offers you "service"
3. You take someone with 7 posts for serious immediately

Take your money to Letvia, and forget about Oblako's banana republics without your own personal contacts there, and forget Delaware, it sucks bigtime.

Letvia has great banks, run by crooks who know what you want.

I wouldn't be surprised if you'd tell them you're in adult biz.

You could use a billboard for that.

YO, can anyone tell me, what is so good about Latvian banks?

Btw, that bank's name is "Rietumu Bank", not "rietnum" or whatever you mentioned there... I've heard about it.

sometimeago the latvian banks were one great option...
now, they joined the EU so...
they aren't offshore anymore.

Dear Sir AnalProbe, the number of post doesn't matter especially if take into account the topics that are usually posted. The most important things are brains, knowledge and experience:-) Try not to judge people:-)
Secondly, Latvia is EU now but it hasn't changed its legislation in the field of banking secrecy, not yet, at least.
It's not reasonable to discuss such questions in the forum, that's for sure so I advised you, Michael2002 to write to my email [email protected]
I'm not going to sell anything but can give a piece of advice.
And anyways, Michael2002, you should read more about Delaware. It's not offshore and has never been one!
