Perhaps some nice hardware like hard drives which may have wicked mail in rebates on them too. I know it's kinda a cheap ass idea, but you can get a lot of huge hard drives with mail in rebates. I know webmasters love hard drives, and they get pretty cheap if you actually have the time to do the rebate forms.
In all, pretty nice prizes, and not too much money.
