I'll give you guys a reader's digest version of what happened and let you be the judge. Sorry if it's a little long-winded but it's certainly a good read.
The community I live in we all share a recreation area with a pool, hottub, volleyball, and etc. A park for the community to share. We went out to the annual BBQ on Friday night and it ended with 3 friends and myself sitting in the hottub with a couple of younger ladies. I suck at judging ages but to me they looked around 19-20. There were 4 total and the youngest said she was 18 and the oldest 21. We sat in the hottub and drank but nothing happened that night.
The next day around 1ish someone knocked on my door. I answered it and it was one of the girls from the previous night. She said that she remembered where I lived since I mentioned it in one of our conversations. No problem. She comes in and we're all just lounging around doing a bunch of nothing. She's wearing a bikini and asking us to go back down to the pool. All of a sudden the fun starts. She goes on telling us how she was a cheerleader in H.S. and was doing splits and other funky stretches on my living room floor...IN A BIKINI!!! This goes on for about 30 minutes. My buddy (whom I won't name just in case so we'll call him Stan) strikes up a conversation with her as she sits in his lap. This is where it becomes FUCKED UP!
We end up watching a movie and they're on my couch making out the entire time. Heavy petting continues and we joke about them getting a room. It's nighttime now and we all decide to go out to the pool. During the day, more friends trickled over and there were about 8 of us total hanging out in the pool. Stan and his new girl were doing their thing in the hottub and we notice that she had her top off. Water is splashing around as she's bouncing in his lap. It's obvious they're fucking. Switching positions and even bold enough to be only half submerged most of the time. We're cheering him on and people are looking from their porches to see what the commotion was all about. They wrap it up in about an hour and she scurries off because she HAS A 10:00 CURFEW!!! WTF!?!?! A 19 year old with a curfew?
DRAMA ENSUES....
The next day I'm sitting out by the pool and one of my community friends sits next to me and we engage in converstation. I'm telling him the story of the previous night and he stops me dead in my tracks. He described the girl and confirmed her name...even as far as to detailing what bikini she had on. He asked me how old Stan was and I told him 31. OH CHRIST!!! He tells me that the girl that Stan fucked, the girl that drank at my house, the girl that was doing splits in my living room was only 15 FUCKING YEARS OLD!!!! She's down for the summer living with her dad and she's only 15! HOLY SHIT! Stan is in some pretty big trouble!
Now I don't think she would say anything but too many people saw what was going on in the hottub. Too many people saw them making out by the pool. Too many people for this to not get reported. If Stan gets out of this mess, he'll be a lucky man! My only argument is that she was steadfast about her age. How was Stan to know she was only 15? She honestly looked 20+!
I feel for Stan and he's shitting bricks! Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
