Feels good to be up so early!
For the last month or so I've been getting up at 9:30 - 10:00 .. I gotta say it feels great to be up working at 6AM!!

not for me, I sleep around 7am but can't sleep til 12pm then wake up at 2pm (2 hours sleep).No apetite in addition.
