I have been in plenty cop cars for graffitti and there are no inside handles...

Here in long beach the back seat is plastic and you cant sit with your feet in front of you (too small) you sit at a angle.

Some cop cars have handles on the inside but the child safety feature is on so it cant be opened from the inside.
