Just got back in town from San Diego.. missed my flight on sunday morning and had to stay an extra night.... San Diego is a great town and cybernet expo was fun.

The EFF attorney had sent me the patent busting contest, but i didn't have time to post it up.

They may shy away from the Acacia case sense it's already in court and there is already alot of prior art found, but it won't hurt for everyone to post their vote for a patent abuse case to suggest.

Or maybe they will direct some of their donation funding towards backing the existing fight against Acacia.

charly, what's really insulting is how you lured unsuspecting webmasters into believing that brandon could or would do even HALF of what he said.

where is he now? gone, along with your credibility.:1orglaugh

Oh I am still here. And since you are in complete denial of the whole Acacia issue, you haven't kept up with my website. Lots of entries and lots of conversations with patent attorneys and companies.

As far as my credibility goes, i don't need to defend it.. people know what I am doing.

Unlike you, I am making a positive difference in the issues that I am involved with.

sure kid. chatboard heros are a dime a dozen.
the lack of support you recieve revives my faith in webmasters.
in the old days, they would have been gulled right in to thinking you're doing something of value.

So what do you suggest we do when it comes to Acacia.

You are very clever at pulling things down but useless at replacing them. It's no good to just criticise Brandon at what he does, you have to come up with a credible alternative.

To date you have come up with nothing credible at all, only tried to harm the efforts of one of the people fighting Acacia.

So what are your reasons for trying to disable the resistance to Acacia?

Did you sign up? You were not on the list they released, but all that proves is that you're not on the list. It does not prove you did not sign up.

You have a financial stake in Acacia winning, did you buy shares in them?

You are so scared of them you think that by taking the line you took they will ignore you.

Lot's of questions. You can answer by coming up with a credible reply telling us what we should do with regards to Acacia. So far you have only tried to hamper efforts to fight them.

And chat board idiots are a dime a hundred.

Brandon did a lot to focus attention, educate and motivate people to fight.

What did you do?

As for my credibility well I will leave that to others to decide.

In case anyone missed it, Acacia has filed for a class action lawsuit against ALL adult companies.

The class is defined as those that have audio/video and require a 2257 statement. Early on, they were also suggesting another class for people who link to people who have video (ie. affiliate, TGP, link sites, etc.. not sure where that one is at).

Learn more in this article: http://www.fightthepatent.com/v2/ClassAction.html

July 7th is when the judge will decide on the class action status.

This is what Brandon has been doing for over a year. Keeping up the fight.

What does 12clicks do besides run Tunafish board, a place about as busy as the Sahara. Is he anything in the adult interent or just a little guy working from home?
