well i dont want to use a virtual visa cuz i have none
got enough credit cards, dont need one from epp.

i just want to send money the old fashioned way like paypal.

If he's an actual adult webmaster his account is suspended. You do know that using paypal for anything even remotely adult related violates their AUP and they will suspend your account the instant they find out, right?

its just that i have money on my epp account that i wanna spend before having my credit card charged by using my empty paypal account

You're probably referring to the electron card..
Login to your epass account, click the account tab, look above the statement (and just below the menu) you should see the virtual visa card number and expiry date.. I think all epass accounts have virtual visa by default. You can find your cvv2 number in the welcoming email in your epassporte mailbox..

I used my virtual card on OXEO hosting, worked fine.
