New Person :) And one question

We are new to this message board and like to say Hi. HI!

We have a question... More like some advice needed. We built our own personal "adult" web page about 2 months ago. A few weeks after, we signed up at sexhound for their counter. We've been having fun seeing how many people visit our page and where they all come from.

Unfortunately, about a week ago our account stopped working. Not sure if they are having problems or they deleted our account (there is nothing illegal going on at our page). We've sent them an email asking what gives but haven't heard back from them yet.

Our question is, can ya'll recommend a "similar" counter for our webpage? We sure miss checking our page's stats

there is a bunch listed there, hope that helps, i use paycounter as you get paid to use it and the stats are great for multiple sites.

well for one, I'd run as fast as I could from that Sexhound counter. and I'd go with one or both of these here. I have used Sexlist for nearly 2 years and have had no trouble with them and I can bet you money you will love it way more than the sexhound one. I am not usually one for public bashing, but everyone knows my feelings on that one.

Paycounter will pay you when someone clicks on it, although I am not sure how well it works because I lost my user/pass right after I got it. but I would never recommend anyone putting a sexhound counter on anything.

I mean Sexhound? No I don't. I hate Sexhound and everything to do with it. SEXLIST is what I use and would recommend to anyone. sorry, I know some don't agree, but they have always been good to me and I love the options you get with them.

No, Sexhound is not too high on my list... and I would never confuse the two. at least I hope I didn't. LOL

Exactly Wizzo. We have been verifying that www.stats4all.com against paycounter and a few others on several sites and stats comes out right on everytime. With all they over stat wise why bother. A few pennies compared to a signup is chump change.
And yes stats4all allow adult sites. You can upgrade to a paying counter if you ever felt like it too. We'll be taking paycounter and xxxcounter etc down from all sites soon.

I'm suprised you don't use your own server logs! And then agregate the data to calculate what ever you wanna know that day.(If you pay for your hosting of course)

I use free counters just as a promotion tool so some webmasters will see my site name in their toplist and come to visit me.

If i really wanna do reverse dns lookup on every guy that passes by, the server who's feeding the pages is best suited to do the job.

We built an easy tool to help people that lose their paycounter.com username and/or pass... Take a look at:

KC. that did me no good...... I had to switch isp's when I moved (don't get me started on that one) but I didn't the same email. I tried that several times but then realized I hadn't hit every sponsor to change my info. LOL

It's my bad, and I am not complaining..... and I doubt I have anything to check anyway. I don't have enough traffic where I have it to get any hits to anything. LOL

Do you have a counter on one of your websites? Send me the URL with a counter on it and I'll reset your login info. We're going to be releasing a few tools that will help webmasters build some traffic.. but, they're only available to webmasters that have PayCounter accounts!!

I just have hell from the surfer side of things and getting them to signup with anything.... but I am working on that one so it may help. LOL
