theres so many of these, best way is to use them to make profit by posting fake links to dialers, toolbar installs ect.

A while ago, hacked pass word sites were a good place to get some nice traffic. I (we) would send in working passes to our paysites, and once they were posted, we set Sentry to default the codes after 2 ISPs were used. The link would still stay up sometimes for weeks.
Those days are gone.
