Serpent and the Rainbow

made me afraid of being buried alive.

Pet Semetary

made me freaked about things hiding under my bed (the kid with the scalpel slices the old man's ankle, remember?)

And Poltergeist

simply scarred me for life.

Poltergeist was really the only movie that scared the living shit out of me... it was one of the first horor movies I've seen...

the only movie that kinda scared me was Excorist and thats about it

It was Poltergeist. I saw the movie in theater when it came out in 1982 and I was 8. Biggest mistake of my life. I was able to see it because my mom's boyfriend was the manager.

I had trouble sleeping for months.. :1orglaugh

I still can't believe Heather O'rourke died.

She would be 28 now :(

Jdoughs 06-12-2004 06:13 AM

They get funnier. That is why I like to watch them partly. You can't watch the new horror movies and get that same effect as the old ones. I haven't seen many newer one that sacred me much.

So are those two movies the same or no?

Pete 06-12-2004 06:29 AM

Hell Raiser freaked me out as well.
