It's basically a tool where you can contact someone anonymously, for example, you can create a nick and post the link to it on say an eBay auction, then if someone sees your auction and has a question, they can click your link and talk directly to you, without downloading anything. Neat idea, they just launched it yesterday and they already have around 300 people signed up. Go signup and get the name you want before it's too late.
This isn't spam either, so don't start flaming me. My friend is one of the founders of PayPal and this thing, and he just sent me a link. Unfortunately I don't get royalties or any advertising pay.
