If this is from the people that created paypal, why does it look like a 5th grade project? That is one of the poorest websites I've ever seen.

The domain was registered less than a month ago - yeah, a couple weeks is usually long enough before launching a new big product..., and even then they publicly launch by having friends of friends spill the beans on an adult webmaster board! yeah, sure!
