    SigTrack in the news.

    CARSON CITY, Nev. - Affiliate program PornDollar announced the release of a new signature tracking system. The program, SigTrack, keeps track of banner impressions and clicks on Webmaster boards and provides a variety of options to inform Webmasters of the performance of their banner.

    SigTrack is free to use on any adult Webmaster board, and the bandwidth is provided by PornDollar. The program supports four banner sizes: 600, 468, 120, and 240.

    ?We saw the chance to develop something to help out Webmasters,? Jason of PornDollar told AVNOnline.com. ?I don?t think we?re going to make any money off it, but we wanted to give these guys something for free and have them like it, and we get a great branding opportunity, so this is a win-win situation.?

    ?We?re really ecstatic about the response we?ve been getting,? added Jason. ?We?ve counted over 200,000 impressions since we launched it only two days ago.?

    PornDollar promises a similar signature-tracking program for mainstream message boards in the near future.

                                                                          A good robot can (of course) act like a good robot... and make the system think it is a clicked URL.

                                                                          Simply, We count unique IP in the last 30 minutes in order to eliminate double clicks or refresh of topics on the board. In the same time it eliminate stupid robots.

We had not implemented any form of advertising on it because it was growing at a nice rate because of the sigmonkey text in it. When godaddy fucked me over I just gave up on it, and focused more on sites that are already doing me well on the surfer side of things. But don't worry, all the extra traffic to adultgods because of sigmonkey was getting us a nice number of script sales - hang on, that's why we got fucked up.

                                                                                                  If its not applied then the model will fail.

                                                                                                  I meager branding is peanuts as these sort of tools stand to enlighten true posters from casual ones.

If I bother to relaunch sigmonkey any time soon I am sure enough guys will jump back on it over porndollar anyway (perhaps not as many as before though). But gl to porndollar until than.

                                                                                                              Keepin mind I know for a fact this tool was not made to slight you in anyway, infact quite the contrary. Consider it an honor that you have inspired others to work somthing out based on something so simple yet handy.

                                                                                                              I see things when people just shirk off great idea's great things and let it fall. I am the kind of guy thats scouts things out and report it to whom I think can make use of the information.

                                                                                                              Porndollar was inspired by this by himself, I guess he has eyes like mine in some ways. He showed it me and I was "HOly fuck!" dude!

                                                                                                              Which brings us to today.

                                                                                                              Again, demand has forced this tool out and exploiting an angle to revive somthing that would be otherwise forgottin is an awesome site.

                                                                                                                      So far there has been some abuse clearly shown here, however, this service will only get better.

                                                                                                                                                                      I will start by saying PornDollar's goal is to create a brand for our first class webmaster program. With over 1000 active webmasters world wide, PornDollar will continue to expand our market share and build on our already strong foundation.

                                                                                                                                                                      We are thankful to all hard working webmasters who may or may not have adapted the SigTrack program, and we will continue to make our adjustments with the ever changing trends.

                                                                                                                                                                      Since this afternoon, SigTrack has been modified back to only accepting traffic qualified sources. We will no longer count traffic that is not listed in qualified URL's. Those URL's are webmasters message boards and notiable resourses.

                                                                                                                                                                      Finally, it is not my nature to get involved in pissing matches in a public forum. It does nither good or bad for both parties. I believe we are all here to make money, share ideas, and continue to stive to better our properties.
