your girlfriend manipulates you well. you think there is something on the computer you just have to see. in reality there is nothing. its just the bug she planted in your head.

and it is so funny.

:1orglaugh

if she is smart enough for a password do you really think she is dumb enough to get caught?

rofl !

get a dumber girlfriend, that is the solution.

But then their combined IQ's would add up to less than 100. Who would work the phone to order dinner? They'd have to hire someone to tie their shoelaces.

No, he best keep the smart g/f.

very true :thumbsup

:2 cents: but its really none of your business... she's your girlfriend, not your wife, so she doesn't need to share everything with you ... if you break into her computer and she finds out, that will be the end of you for sure... :2 cents:

in my experience, when someone is suspicious of their other half, its because they feel guilty about something they've done... so maybe you're worried about what she's up to, because you've been up to no good???

Lol it reminds me of an old joke..

CHOOSING YOUR PASSWORD
A girl was helping her boyfriend set up his PC and he wanted to log in with a password.
Now, you have to understand he's got somewhat of a rebelliousattitude and goes for the shock effect. So, when the computer asked him to enter_his password, he keys in "penis".
His girlfriend nearly fell off the chair from laughing so hard when_the computer replied...:
PASSWORD REJECTED. NOT LONG ENOUGH

:1orglaugh :helpme

That's what I was thinking. You should be able to get into it if you reset the CMOS.

nofx 06-11-2004 01:44 AM

reset the jumpers maybe it will help

pure energy 06-11-2004 02:17 AM

Maybe she's hiding something!

KMR Stitch 06-11-2004 02:31 AM

1. look for the motherboard Battery
2.) look for the Jumper (black or red) next to the battery
3.) Either named JP5 or JP6
4.) Pull the Jumper off you will see 3 pins the jumper is already on 2 of them place the jumper on the next pin over so its on pin 1 and 2 and not 3 (before it should be on pin 2 and 3 and not 1
5.) Put the jumper back on pin 2 and 3.
6.) turn on PC

hahahaha= DONE

AgentCash 06-11-2004 02:57 AM

Just use a backdoor...

Quote:

If you forgot the BIOS password, try some of the backdoor passwords that might be in place for some BIOS versions. Following is a list of potential passwords that may or may not work. There's no harm in trying 'em out.

For Award BIOS

AWARD_SW
AWARD_PW
j262
HLT
SER
SKY_FOX
BIOSTAR
ALFAROME
Lkwpeter
j256
AWARD?SW
LKWPETER
syxz
ALLy
589589
589721
awkward
CONCAT
d8on
CONDO
j64
szyx

For AMI BIOS

AMI
BIOS
PASSWORD
HEWITT RAND
AMI?SW
AMI_SW
LKWPETER
A.M.I.
CONDO
589589

For Phoenix BIOS

Phoenix
also try condo, or ,condo that always worked on my older computers. (That's comma condo or condo comma)

is it a bios password or windows ? There is a way around every thing I have alot of programs that will get you around windows loging passwords and if it is a bios password just reset the jumpers

If you do this one, make sure you make it a slave drive and then return it to master, otherwise you could really screwup the registry. Yeah, it should in theory workout ok, but in practice, there can be problems.

The battery and reset button work, but you've been caught.
There could be a lot of reasons for the startup password. Idea! Ask her. She maynot know how to turn it off or have a good reason.

slackologist 06-11-2004 05:05 AM

like the others said..

remove battery from the motherboard for 10-15 mins and/or jumper settings -- read manual for motherboard.

i'm sure there are some devices /software around for brute force/dictionary hacking bios passwords but i couldnt tell you where to get them... maybe learn to speak russian -- if you don't already.. would be a big help :-)

Cassie 06-11-2004 06:44 AM

You guys still talking about the cmos? Could be wrong, but I believe he meant it's a windows login password that he's trying to bypass somehow.

Just use a camcorder to record what she types on her keyboard.

You can also use a wireless webcam, and record with your VCR or laptop.

Sorry guys, but resetting the BIOS works partially.

She WILL notice something has changed, huh ?

Sooooo the truth comes out!

What you really wanted was to see what she was up to on her computer, else the link to the http://www.keyghost.com would have been no interest to you.

HowlingWulf 06-11-2004 07:53 AM

I'm sure the password is in her diary. Just crack that open and have a good read.

Jedimaster 06-11-2004 07:58 AM

Simple,,,just remove the harddirve and and reattach to yours:thumbsup
