    ccbill 900 phone billing question

    For those of you that use CCBill's 900 billing, I am just curious if you know the percentage of signups that end up turning into chargebacks/non-payment people. I can't remember if CCBill's phone billing has been around for even 6 months yet, and I know there's a big holding time before you get your money, so maybe no one knows yet? CCBill wasn't able to tell me.

    Or if you use IBill's phone billing, what is the percentage of non-payment customers there? I think IBill's system works the same way as CCBills (where you only get paid on customers who actually pay their phone bill - and then the $ gets forwarded to you). Thanks!

    I'm dying to offer phone billing again (I had stupid GloBill way back when), but I am not into tons of people getting free access to my site (which is why I don't offer CCBill's online checks).

    thatjen;

    Since our 900 system is rather new it is difficult to draw accurate conclusions as to chargeback ratios.

    Furthermore we may have a check signup solution for you; if you want to hit me up I'd be happy to discuss it with you.

      Okay thanks, I'll contact you about the online checks.

      I'm dying to use the phone billing option since it was really popular on my site, but I don't want to try it until I find out about its chargebacks. For some reason with GloBill they didn't have any chargebacks with phone billing, so once you made a sale, you got paid (except for the fact that they stole 6 months of my payments when they went out of business).
