I just made this 2 days ago and it's converting 1:110 with virgincamgirls on epiccash i'll post stats if anyone wants :]

If you have an affiliate program with a cam site (like epiccash) this layout will pull 1:150 signups at least because it tells the surfer that this 18 year old girl is getting her virginity taken live on cam and that's a niche people are interested by.
