I don't know the W5 of this sponsor but is it possible that they were using unlicensed content or not licensed for affiliates? If so, perhaps you can make arrangements with the content provider (at least for the 36 galleries you've already used).
When you say your 'rep' kinda sounds like a big program and normally big program owners like big sales earners. I hope you out them once the decision is made, just so other big earners are aware. Good luck to you both - I hope it settles in your favor.

I'm not surprised, but I'm hoping you and LadyM weren't #1 & #2 cuz that would be double-dee fucked :-) Anyhow, I'm sure there are others under you that will probably risk the same fate. If these guys are fucked up and clueless, then perhaps they need to be 'Outed'. I'm wondering if this comes from the program owner or the 'rep' doesn't sound like a smart business decision. Heck, if you send those types of sales monthly (and continue to do so) they can produce more content and never worry about saturation - the more they are out there, the more people will be looking for them.
