like everyone i would like to save some time making the gals for submitting.
not sure how exectly i do it.
i have 28 gals to send.
now the only diffrent between the html's of the gals is the line of the recip. tgps.
well , you know the concept.....
i want to build all the gals in one click.

in what program do i do it?

tgsw or something like that..... it's a gallery program. be warned, though, that a lot of tgp's are starting to dislike auto-submitted galleries.

i didn't mean building and submitting.
i just want to build the galleries and i will submit them myself...

ThumbNailer 6.5 is a decent program to use if you're in a hurry. You can get it here: http://www.smalleranimals.com/index_apps.htm

I use it to make my thumbnails and generate the link codes for the images and then drop the codes into position on my gallery pages, but it can do a lot more than that. It's cheap, too. $25

And NO, I don't work for them. I just happen to like their product.

Ok here's and idea to help you... make your templates with the pics and thumbs names pic1.jpg - pic20.jpg or whatever amout of pics you use add your tgp reps to the pages. Now once you have all your diffrent templates for your pages like 1a.html - 1z.html just make a new batch of pics pic1.jpg - pics20.jpg and run your old template thru an auto renaming program and upload the renamed templates day1a.html - day2.html and the new batch of pics and templates. Sounds like alot of work but trust me it would go pretty fast if you have your pics made into groups on you harddrive you just have to rename the templates every day and upload the new group of pics and submit.

Hope this give you another idea

xtc idea is good.
I used Arlés and named my pix 001.jpg ... and created thje thumbs with arlés and with arlés you can add a suffix (or prefix)

so my thumbs were named tn_001.jpg

In My galleries I had image tags with just the Image Source. No size.
And so I could use my htmls every day and I just had to click three times.

CLICK ON "MAKE THUMBS"
CLOSE ARLÈS

easy, eh?

I think I do it diferrently than most of you..however I'm not really into gallery submitting and stuff...just. I just trade traffic for graphics which is sweet

I made 900 galleries in 2 days...This is how. I make my html templates in Coldfusion....
Then I'll batch all my images in one click
through Photoshop 6.0 with a customized action that makes my images a maximum height of 400 pixels. Then I'll divide the sets up and put them in a specified folder
ie- fetish/0425 consisting of 20 pics.
After I've done this, I use Arles Image Web Creator to make thumbnails with a specified
size of 125x100. Every thumb is the same size and is as well on the html template so alls I have to do is drag an html template into the gallery you want ie-fetish/0425 and the page is done...alls you really need to do is the recip/banner/sponsor thing or whatever you folks do. If i'm confusing I'm sorry...I'm not trying to sound like I know how to do the gallery submission thing...however everyone at work was like....What the fuck !!! How did you do them so fast....Like I explained above is how... nude.adultbits.com is an example of this method. Check it out..onlt the first 10-20 galleries of every category works right now...but it only took 2 days to do all of the galleries. I just need to link them up on this page...and promote the shit out of my stuff !!! Hope this helps someone....

You can also try Gallery maker Pro. Cool prog. You can link all your galleries together, add in banners, use captions and alt tags. Saves lots of time. http://www.thegrid.net/sjpsoftware/gmp/index.html
