1 out of 3? That's crazy, just think about it. How much percentage of the population are young children or are not sexually active? That pretty much means anybody having sex has an STD. Unless that 1:3 statistic is only for sexually active people, or a certain age group.

Apparently, math/statistics weren't your best subjects in school.

That's still not 30%, but it doesn't matter anyway.
That's 10,249 reported cases TOTAL, for the whole population.
Which breaks down to a rate of 346.1 cases for every 100,000 people.

Add in HIV, herpes, HPV, and anything else you want. It's still not going to be anywhere near 30%. ;-)
