Have any of you guys been audited by the IRS while working from home? If so, did they find a way to fuck you out of thousands of dollars?

I've had numerous "encounters" with the IRS including 3 or 4 audits (long story).
If you (or your representation) have made lots of mistakes, either on purpose or by accident - they'll probably find them.
If you're being audited, come VERY prepared. Have documentation to back up everything. They do NOT play around.All the best to you
