Yes but it must be tapped to take effect.

Even if played and down on the table there is a way to beat it.

Well, it costs 5 mana just to put it down, so it's vulnerable to countering and 10 colored mana to activate it seems likely that an artifact removal spell would get rid of it before you'd get enough colored mana to cast it. That would mean having two of each color mana! I don't know why they'd make that card a rare.

MTG makes my brain hurt. I had two relationships break up over MTG. I like to play, but man does it fuck up people's lives.

I love playing this game, me and the lady will sit and play from time to time and if we find other players around we get em.

Usually it comes down to building Counter decks, so we build from scratch when play.

OMG, I hate playing against blue. My husband plays blue often, so I don't play with him too often. LMAO

Water decks rule!

Its all counter and I do a sprinkly of Green as well in my killer deck combo.

The Force of Nature really turns things around really fast when it comes into play

She plays red and Black often, so she is an artifact whore!

My husband only plays with black bordered cards. Once when we couldn't get our hands on any beta WoG he bought 4 Portal just to have black bordered cards.

OMG, some of the black bordered cards are worth BIG cash. Some of them are $200-$300 each now. And the really good power 9 cards can be well over $500 each for mint condition Beta edition. Smack your parents for me!

Haha... I had some white bordered ones too, 4th gen and Ice Age and stuff, but most of mine had black borders. I think they threw out around 400 cards, along with 4-5 new AD&D books in mint shape.

Ohhhh, I love squirrel tokens! LOL

My favorite decks are red/green decks. I loved my Fires deck with Fires of Yavimaya, Urza's Rage, Birds, Elves, Skizzik, Call of the Herd.... that was my favorite deck ever. Of course, I like red burn, too. But NOT when I'm playing against blue!

Speaking of cards, did you know that Finkels (Shadowmage Infiltrator) were about $22 not long after they came out and now they are only $6!

My husband and I are going to get some RPG games together soon. We're going to play GURPS and AD&D. Oh how I miss my level 20 Ranger character.

I wish I still had her character sheet. It got lost in a move a long time ago.

Wow. Someother people play. Thought I was alone.

That card is pointless in todays meta. Can you say shatter or oxidize.

Sigh. I play this to much.

My favorite card is Serra Angel. Not because she's great or anything, but she just seems like she was made to be MY card.

First of all, my first name sort of rhymes with Serra. Secondly, the last name of the artist of the original Serra is also MY last name. Thirdly she was one of the rares in the very first starter I ever bought.

Sigh. I realy hate this game.

I quit this addiction last year

The online version is dangerously addictive, as you can find people to play with 24/7

I must have spent a few grand on cards.. They're still in my online account

I have bought and resold all my cards 3 complete times...and now have none.

When i see them posted here it makes me wish i hadnt sold out..heh all three times.. I started playing back when you could get dual lands in a booster...real dual lands not pain lands. I think arabian nights...was beta that was selling at the time.

The card shop here sells everything 50% book value...and often dishes out beaut deals cause he buys them for 25% book value
