hey Zoe, sorry to hear about your tooth. yeah you can sue for anything really, hard to prove that i happened unless you can find the thing that you bit into, prove that it came from the sadwich place, etc

If it was something that naturally should of or could of been in the sandwich then nope. Sounds like ya got a piece of hard bacon I guess.

Works the same way if you get some cherry pie and chip your tooth on a cherry stone, since stones are commonly in cherries and sometimes missed its a buyer beware situation.
