EVERY Webmaster on Netpond, as well, as Dig told him they were quality banners and ANYONE would be proud to have them.

He just flat out refused to pay when payment was due.

Actually Pat just saw me a few weeks ago when he was hand delivered the Federal subpeano my daughter and I watched.
As for Jeff, we will make it short and sweet, Randy and I needed some banners done, Jeff was a nobody,m still using an aol account to do designs, we asked him to show us a portfoliop, he had none, we said make us a few banners to show us what you can do, dipshit comes back almost 2 weeks later with like 60 banners.
I told him they werent that great and SHARKY from MaxCash even said they were from templates, so we turned down using his banners and we never did use them.
The only reason he wanted paid for the crappy banners he had done was something about a direct tv system he had installed that he couldnt pay for. Its all over Netpond, im sure you could find it, this is back when Jeff had just first started on the interenet, and yes, his worked sucked ass.
