Spam with me Dedicated hosts w/ atleast 1 gig of transfer. Set up for reselling, control panels etc. No windows servers. As cheap as possible.

Ram and HD size isn't as important as b/w.

The server will mostly be used for web hosting (a few trackers). Celeron will cut it for CPU. Went to your site, and prices seem to be a bit steep.
