i think im going to be sick later this week

my mouth has sarted watering excessivly and i have been going the toilet to pee every ffew hours

last time this happened i got the damn flu for a week

off to the chemist tomorrow to stock up on flu remedies i think lol

Start drinking lots of juice and eating very healthy, get plenty of sleep. Your body is probably trying to fight off a virus. You're seeing the signs, so do your body a favor and help it out.

Knock it out before it hits with vitamin c pills, garlic pills, and Zicam.
Zicam works really well and takes the edge off

Yeah, i catch a cold for about 3 days every two years.... always get he same symptoms about 3-4 days before the cold sets in...

Sometimes the vitamine c and shit keeps it totally away, sometimes not... but it never lasts more than 3 days.

the wife is into all that herbal holistic shit drives me crazy she tells me to start popping pills made out of plant roots and shit whenever i get sick lol

crazy thing is the last time she was ill she was sicker longer than i was lol

i can almost keep a calendar by the dates when i get ill lol

usually i get ill on new years eve or new years day for a couple of days then my sisters birthday sometime in mid february then early summer (now) and then again a few weeks prior to xmas lol

That's what I do....drink lots of water, a multi vitamin, and some vitamin C

fight it off with lots of juices. if youre not weak, try running or exercising. it works well for me: after my run i dont feel so feverish afterwards. then i hit the sack after cooling off. when the sweat runs out usually the fever breaks.
