Who uses Nextel - GoFuckYourself.com

I am thinking of switching over to Nextel from Cingular, but I've heard some horror stories and some good stories. If you have/had Nextel, how is/was it?

it depends on where your located the service is either really good or really bad i had a i95 it was pretty cool phone i liked the two way but service sucked

Yeah, the 2 way would be the reason for me getting a Nextel, but most people I would 2 way live on the mainland, and I live in Hawaii, so if it wouldn't work then I'd be fucked.

I have one, the radio is pretty cool if you know others that have it and the phone works ok.. but both have issues with signal in a lot of places. One of my friends just went on vacation and I talked to him the 2 way radio the other day when he was in South Carolina and I was in Florida, I thought that was kinda cool.

But I'd say phone service wise Cingular has better coverage.
