http://www.goodthinxx.com is good as gold. Don't know if payout is the highest, but seeing alot of companies in this business come and go, reliability is an important thing...and I'm very happy with them.

More surfer friendly and it works very good in Europe.

The future is in sms-billing not in dialers because more legislatures throughout Europe are restricting dialers and premium rate number operators...

If you want to use dialers i think goodthinxx.com is best way to go at the moment
