So... it looks like our software provider is a no-go for yet another night I have to be honest and say they're really starting to piss me off with all this downtime! The more I use this backup software, the more I like it. What do you all think of it? Should we change software platforms? The good thing about the new software/company is that you can feel comfortable depositing & playing for real money, something that I wouldn't be comfortable saying about the current software for another 6-8 weeks

Let me know what you think, some honest feedback would be very much appreciated.
