have some common sense

if he's the only person on the lease, you gotta leave.

if your the only person on the lease, call the cops.

if you're both on the lease, you gotta leave and try to get out of the lease. you may lose some money, but legally you cant kick him out if he's on the lease.


in our country, also, even if you are the only one on the lease, if he has established "residence" you can't kick him out straight off unless he's beating you, not sure how it is over there.


and of course, the gangbang with a buncha black guys would probably work, too.

call a lawyer and ask for advice, if you can't afford a lawyer then try and get free advice at legal clinics with law students etc.
get money......if you have your own account and job great...if you don't...find an income source and stash away every single cent you can get your hands on without him knowing

pack an emergency bag with necessities (few changes of clothing, diapers..medicine, toothbrush etc) and stash it someplace safe....
have a car? keep a single key to the car on your person at all times...if things go wrong quick and he finds out your plans and you have to make a run for it you grab the kid, open the car and get the hell out to a predetermined safe place...your emergency stash will be there waiting for you. do NOT keep your emergency money in a bank....keep it somewhere where you can access it 24/7 and keep it in cash
