Hey Pat, earlier when this started tonight I actually called your old landlord, seems he had alot to say, like as in, even with ONLY $475 monthly rent on a dirty dingy apartment you still couldnt pay the rent monthly and was as he said "habitually several days and sometimes up to WEEKS late on the rent"

I called under the guise of being your brother in law and wanted to know why you moved out so soon.
Don't lie Pat, you were evicted, and within a few days I will have the court papers.

erm actually, according to TF's OWN landlord he was GONE in less then 30 minutes from the time his UHaul pulled up.
