Everquest has to have made the most money ever for a game.

It was Myst, without having to resort to "add-ons" etc. But yeah, it's now the Sims. Gotta buy the Sims to play all the add-ons.

SlickRick 06-03-2004 08:30 PM

Simcity is my guess

SlickRick 06-03-2004 08:31 PM

Wait it might be tetris?

HALFLIFE...

Cloner 06-03-2004 10:56 PM

I'd guess Myst of Doom for sure.

I have yet to play a game on the computer that I had to buy.

But joust is cool -- takes me back to the arcade days:

Coming Real Soon Now(tm).

Anxiously awaiting that one... And Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Been doing some reading up on that one and it's gonna be MASSIVE. Expect that game to be the hot property this christmas for sure. 3 different cities, multiple person drive-bys, build your own casino... heh, if eat too many tacos in the game you get a fat ass and have to ride your bike around or go to the gym to buff out a bit. Probably be the closest thing to exercise most of the gamers will get. :1orglaugh

You guys realize that like 1 in 4 households in Korea have Starcraft? I think it's Starcraft worldwide. Maybe not in the US.
