i use benadryl now, seems to work better than claritin, but still not really strong enough and it makes me real tired. anyone else have real bad allergies? anything better than these?

When I lived in the south I used Alka Seltzer Plus Cold Medicine - it kicks ass. They have different flavors -

i do....24 hr claritin is the only thing that works...

try allegra or flonase... the only 2 other ones that i think work

I"d like to add that they advise to cut down on dairy products and too much sugar too. I 'm not sure why is that though...
