Yes, look closely. Look at the warning sign on the wall. Clearly 1980s MILSPEC. Also, look at the telephone. Not clear enough to see if it is pushbutton or rotary, but it is clearly much too small to have been from 1947 and the handset cord, way too modern.

Don't forget that a similar video also turned up in the Soviet Union at the same time supposedly of an alien autopsy from a crash in the Soviet Union. Its just propaganda. Both sides were in a quest for new propulsion systems to push beyond the existing technology for both rockets and fighter planes and were trying to make the other side believe they had captured alien technology. It's just Cold War BS.
