About 5 years. A student in Guelph, named Gwen Jacobs took a topless stroll on a very hot day, and was charged.
Gwen was ok looking, but not hot, and had A cups.
The womens libbers took on the case as a sexual discrimination issue, and it took about 5 years to reach Ontario's Supreme court where they sided with Jacob's.
So, who says the libbers don't want us drolling at the hot babes?
