I think every host with FTP do
or just if they support .swf format sexshare.com supports that ( I guess ) |

I also believe that flash doesn't require any support from the host. The viewer just has to have a flash-player plugin.

Just upload the swf file.. If it doesn't
seem to upload, they don't allow you to use flash appearently.. I think almost all hosts allow you to upload swf files as long as they are not 1MB+ |
