I haven't see it either but both my kids did and they loved it. I have it on my "movies to see" list along with Shrek of course.

I saw it

and I enjoyed it

the movie concentrates not on the plot, but on 2 main things: special effects and characters

both of those aspects are very well covered and made in this movie.

don't go see this movie if you are expecting to see a great story with plot twists, or to see a realistic situation happening to some people... go see it with an open mind about why the movie was made

The ending sucked. Especially when Dennis Quaid gets killed by that flying cow.

Also, why did it have to end with a nuclear war?!

The guy that liked that chick had an excellent opportunity to tap that chicks ass, HELLO you've saved her life like twice and you have a small probability of surviving.... TAP THAT ASS!

Well I'm back..................can't say it was a really great movie......actually there was more story than I was expecting.......I realized also going in that the movie was exaggerated to the hilt and based on junk science..........

but i still think everyone should see this movie for the underlying message, and the effects were also awesome. still, so far this summer, seen troy, day after tomorrow, and van helsing and not one of them yet is tremendous.

actually the one that is getting to me, even though i know it won't be a classic, is Chronicles of Riddick.............am itching more and more to see that one
