No, the number will be different because surfers use a variety of pop up blockers. Some pop up blockers vary on the type of pop ups and mechanisms they disable. If our mechanisms are the same, then the count will be the same.
Our programmer did some nice work so it is possible our pop under would get seen more than a regular pop up.

Yes, the defualt option of our program uses pop ups. BUT, you can choose for it to have no pop ups and the payout rate is 4 cents per unique click. It still uses just one line of code, you get the choose what options you want when selecting your code.
