Students in record-breaking nude rollercoaster romp


STUDENTS from Edinburgh University are taking part in an attempt to
set the first-ever world record for the most people to ride a
rollercoaster naked.

Students from 15 universities from across the UK will bare all on the
Nemesis Inferno at Thorpe Park in Surrey, which loops through 360
degrees at speeds of up to 50mph.

The event has been organised to mark the 25th anniversary of the
theme park tomorrow. Celine Gordine-Wright, of Thorpe Park, said
special measures had been taken to ensure that more sensitive
visitors to Thorpe Park were not offended by the stunt.

"We're doing it before the park is open so no-one is going to be
embarrassed," she said.

All those taking part will have a photo taken of them and the best
one will win £1000 for their Rag committee.
