Yikes, that's not fun. I get regaled with teeth horror stories most every night. (my girlfriend is a dental assistant..) Some nasty shit can go wrong with people's mouths.

losing teeth is one of the most common recurring dreams people have

No sweat, you prolly won't find the part you swallowed, it doesn't like the acid in your stomach, but as long as the root of the tooth isn't damaged badly, it won't be taken out...and the fact that you have no pain is a good sign !
