Ok... I need a nice flashy banner for a rating site www.youbeenx.com

I need a kick ass banner to promote my site... not sure exactly what i'm looking for, but i'll know what i like once i see it...

This is just a small contest, winner gets $100 for their work. I'll choose a winner after a few days.
