And it's KILLING me! But I can't remember the name of one I watched a few years ago, I thought it was pretty cool...if anyone can help me, my brain will thank you!

It was a British film, I think, about all these young adults who meet up at this house in ?England? together to have a weekend of major drug experimentation, an American etc. (I think the American is the chemical guy with all the goods)
There is group sex, some gay stuff, major tripping and in the end, everyone gets murdered.
I'd like to see it again, I think the title is a pun maybe? AHHH!! I need to remember the damn name!
