Mind should win. I think his submissions are the most professional, on top of that, while I can't judge how much time it takes one to do those designs, it looks like he's atleast put in the most effort into this contest.

Quartermain is a design contest troll. Noone knows who he is, and he's too much of a pussy to show any of his work, ever.

My guess is that he's Womb, and enjoys talking to himself.
