Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed.

Help removing blazefind

Ok, I got that fucking Blazefind browser search/hijacker. Spybot won't remove it, Norton's website says it removes it but it isn't even finding it. Been to several websites and followed the directions to remove all the reg keys etc. It is STILL there. Anyone know how to get rid of this F***** thing?

P.S. I wish a slow and painful death to the dickhead who is responsible for this. It is people like you that are destroying the Internet and adult industry in particular.

This is the list that I use...doesn't look like Blazefind has made it into the database yet.

you take it out this way

http://blazefind.com/index.php?section=help-bar

How to remove the BlazeFind search bar
First close all browser windows. Now go to your Windows Control Panel in Add/Remove Programs, close the Control Panel window if you can and remove 'IE SearchBar ' from the Add/Remove Programs window as well as 'Windows SA' if its present. This will lead you the the Blazefind homepage. Now go the homepage you wish to set as your own, and click in browser Tools / Internet Options and in the homepage section 'Use current'. Please reboot to make sure all changes are saved and changed properly for all Windows versions.

New users:
The new Software has a different name. You have to remove 'Internet Explorer SearchBar' in add/remove programs in Windows as well as 'Windows Search Functions' and 'Windows SA'. It will also automatically reset your homepage to your previous one.

Good luck
