was watching it a couple nights ago and went to sleep and dont know how it ended exactly. Was the killer the hotel attendant? and his mother wasn't actually real or what. Anyone remember

I believe it was years before, but my memory is a little foggy with that one. (It wasn't during the course of the movie though)SIG TOO BIG! If I remember correctly _ Norman did not kill his mother but when she did die - he stuffed her - his hobby was stuffing animals so he just did it to her as well. You hear Norman talking to her because he has a split personality and acts her out. When he kills everyone in the Hotel - he wears a wig and his moms dress.
