yeah I agree, have pity with them, they are being mock by their boss in public because of their absurd attitude towards to their company but in front of this they still feel proud and happy, instead, their boss must talk to them privately if there are problem and misunderstanding, because I do believe that in smooth communication we can build and gain trust of each other accompanied by UNITY, and these are really important elements in the company, from the higher management down to their subbordinates even to the least position in the company, having these attitudes, the management will feel comfortable because they have the assurance that their staff really work just to uplift their company, and the staffs could be able to perform their task well......kindly take a look on the formula
TRUST+UNITY=SUCCESS
just my opinion, i hope everybody should try to apply this stuff

Your outlook on what you consider to be important elements in the formation of good company practices are honourable, although unfounded and seem to lack experience.
I would like to ask you what your position is in your respective company, and additionally what qualifications you have that would put you in a credible position to pass judgement (i.e. how many years industry experience you have). Although for now, I will humour you.
You talk about trust and unity. I would agree that these two elements are indeed important to any company. However, by promoting a fun an easy going environment you also enhance the creativity of team players.
The ability to make fun out of one another demonstrates that we are not here to be politically correct, but are here to have fun whilst delivering quality solutions to our clients.
Please take the time and trouble to observe the forum that you are posting in "webmaster fucking around and discussion". The very nature of this statement contradicts the observation you are attempting to make.
This does not reflect on us as a company or indeed the way we handle ourselves on industry related topics.
I would urge you to revisit the text books from where your shallow opinion seems to be derived from. Political correctness isn't always applicable to real world practices, especially not on a forum such as this.
In a dynamic and fast changing industry such as ours, promoting the free spirit of individuals only serves to enhance creativity within our team.
As a side note, may I offer you a small piece of advice seeing as you are talking about communication so strongly. Paragraghs in text play an important role. You should also remember that.
