                    4. It's no secret that Sextracker looked the other way when they were sending traffic to Cresent, which has basically been shut down by the Feds. Then the switched to the dialers, which the Feds also shut down.

                    The truth is that they haven't suceeded in a business where all the big players make big $. (except Playboy - they don't have a clue)

                    That's why they are toast.
                    I used Sextracker way, way back a long time ago when I was a newbie webmaster and then I smartened up.

                    I think Sextracker, itself, has become irrelevant.

                    It would be foolish to pony up any big money for sextracker, but someone probably will.

                                    Let me tell you what. ST is ran by some very smart people and is not going anywhere. As you may or may not realize this post was from back in 2001 when Andy Edmonds was leaving FCI and Bode and Ross were taking over the sinking ship.

                                    Andy Edmonds upset a lot of people when he was in adult. When he left people wanted to see FCI fail hard. Shawn, Ross and the rest of the company had to deal with his mess. There was a lot of hard work by a lot of very good people to keep that company alive. Seven years later they are still in business and doing VERY well.

                                    I left in 2004 on what I hope to be good terms. I sincerely miss a few of those guys and I hope they are doing well in their lives. I still think about you often and wonder how the heck you are doing. (you guys know who you are)

                                    To sum it all up, Streamate/Mtree is an awesome product and SexTracker isn't going anywhere unless there is a plane crash with all 3 of the people on board and that's not going to happen. ;)

                                                        FCI is up for sale. I was contacted by a corporate investigator a few weeks ago asking questions about how FCI made their money, past business practices, software and history of the people - both past and present.

                                                        He was very diligent in his work - citing references to lawsuits (both past and present) FCI was a party in/to and had some great general knowledge.

                                                        He just needed some people to fill in some blanks

                                                        For some reason (and a few old FCI folks will understand this reference) that Brittany Spears song "Opps I Did It Again" keeps popping into my head and I can't shake it!

                                                        Now I'm not saying I was one of those that filled in "those blanks" but after talking to him for a while, I got the feeling his report to the potential buyers wouldn't be favorable... but that's just the impression I got.
