Basically the same as retarded...one doesn't have to be RETARDED TO be M. D .J'ed.....I have a few friends i consider that way but i know the are of sound mind....they just have issues.....Like my buddy who rides around on his bicycle minus the seat.....I tend to try to NOT invite him to partys....
