Dialer providers SPAM ME

I need a dialer that will use my content (plugged to my paysite).
Need it to be able to bill chinese, russian, and all other possible countries whatever they are.
Also need to be able to put revenues for webmasters (resellers and promoters) for revenue sharing.

So, spam me please.

Bandwidth is cheap, so I prefer to have a chinese mofo surfing my paid area making 3 cents per minute instead of surfing my galleries for free making 0 $$$.
