Canadian Party Leader Accuses Martin, Canadas Leader, Of Causing Deaths of Homeless
The Liberals demanded an apology from NDP Leader Jack Layton, who accused Martin a day earlier of being personally responsible for the deaths of homeless people because he cut federal housing programs as finance minister in the 1990s.
