basically if you have PhotoShop 6.0 or higher, there is a tool that will allow you to arc the text.
You can do your text that way, and/or if you need a complete circle you could use this tutorial. http://www.grafx-design.com/16photo.html However, if you want to have it done professionally, hit me up.
